BeMyGuest was honoured to take part in the Macao Economic, Trade, and Tourism Investment Promotion Seminar, held in Singapore on 31 August 2026 and jointly hosted by the Commerce and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM) and Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO).
The event brought together more than 400 representatives from government, business, and tourism sectors across Macao, Hengqin, Mainland China, and Singapore, with over 60% of attendees representing Singaporean companies and business associations. More than 130 business matching sessions were facilitated during the event, resulting in the signing of 74 industry co-operation agreements spanning tourism, MICE, high technology, traditional Chinese medicine, and industry-academia-research collaboration.
During the event, BeMyGuest signed a Letter of Intent of Strategic Cooperation with Melco Resorts & Entertainment, one of Macao's leading integrated resort operators, with flagship properties including City of Dreams, Studio City, and Altira Macau. The Letter of Intent builds on BeMyGuest's existing distribution partnership across Melco's Macao attractions, marking a further step towards deepening that collaboration across tourism, hospitality, and entertainment offerings.
Tourism was a key focus of the seminar, with MGTO highlighting its continued efforts to expand into international markets. Singapore currently ranks among Macao's top 10 international visitor markets, and the event showcased Macao's diverse tourism offerings, including its UNESCO-listed Historic Centre, its designation as a Creative City of Gastronomy, and newer initiatives aimed at Muslim-friendly travellers.
